Product sourcing & Purchasing
Our list of suppliers is extensive but also considered. We only offer products that are well designed, well manufactured and meet todays increasingly important sustainability and quality guidelines. The relationships we have nurtured over the years, based on mutual respect and trust, gives us exceptional buying terms and service levels, benefitting our clients and helping us deliver great projects.
Furniture audits
Whether you wish to reuse some existing items of furniture in your new space, or take everything with you when you go, Synco can offer a full furniture audit service to help you record your inventory. We will provide a fully itemised list, along with product descriptions, dimensions and photos, to ensure everything is clear and ready to go when you move. Once you've decided on the items to take, we can help you move them over as well.
Installation & Logistics
Once a project is won, the coordination of the logistics starts, working towards the project completion date and ensuring the final part of the process goes smoothly. We will organise every detail, whether it needs to be a direct delivery to site or the consolidation of multiple suppliers to our warehouse beforehand. At every point, maintaining regular contact with our clients, so they have peace of mind that it's all in hand.
Move management
In addition to the installation of new furniture, Synco work with Move Management specialists to help our clients move between locations, which can be logistically complex and disruptive. We provide the crates, packaging, labels and a detailed plan, so you have a clear timeline, coordinated seamlessly with the other elements of your move.
Recycling & Refurbishing existing furniture
We don't just provide new furniture solutions, we work with accredited recycling and refurbishment companies to help our clients reuse, refurbish or recycle their existing furniture, if required. This helps reduce the environmental impact of each piece of furniture by either extending its lifecycle or making sure the highest percentage of raw materials can be extracted, processed and remade into something new with the minimum of wastage.

When our clients contact us to discuss changes to their existing space and how we can enhance it with the many furniture solutions we offer, it often involves an amount of refurbishment or small works to the office layout. This could be moving a floor box, relocating a partition or some decorative enhancements to provide the best solution. Synco Workplace Consultancy Ltd does not provide Interior Design Services ourselves, but we know a lot of fantastic companies that do!! Whether it's a light touch refresh or a full re-design of your office, we can help point you in the right direction. Our experience over the years, watching and working with fit-out and design practices of all shapes and sizes has given us a great insight to share with our clients, when they need to make changes to their space, or change to a new space entirely.
